I really stink at doing this and usually end up burning them and throwing them away when I attempt it. So, I figured this would be a good discussion topic to share recipes & tricks of the trade...plus it fits the Holiday season :) 

I put crisco on a baking sheet.
Lay the seeds on.
Spray with pam and add tons of salt.
Bake at 350 until golden brown. (put on middle rack so you don't have to flip them)

(pretty much the standard way) ^^
