So, new year and all. I want to be extra healthy. I am so unhealthy right now. I can google ways to boost metabolism all day. I was wondering if any of you have actually targeted this with some specific method and been successful. I know excercise is a given.
Also, I think im going to try that B12 shot thing. Any thoughts/advice on that?

There's only one way to boost your metabolism: eating tiny meals every hour or two and not letting your sugar levels drop. Once you do that,your body starts digesting food faster and has no reason to hold on to fat, because you provide constant nourishment.
You need to balance your nutrition though. Make sure you eat good carbs, good fats and lots of protein. That way your body has everything it needs.
You have to drink water throughout the day as well, just make sure you don't drink a lot right after eating or with food.
Green tea is also good, no coffee.
As far as exercise goes, you can do light cardio. Just turn your favorite music on and move around for 15-20 minutes.
Rubbing coffee grinds on your skin whie taking a shower helps as well. It makes blood rush to the roblem areas, raises your body tem just a little, makes the "orange peel" go away, tones skin, prevents saggy skin and stretch marks during weight loss, etc. Just make sure to put lotion on afterwards.
That's about it... Just have to stick to it.
