I'm trying to see if anyone knows anyone who is in need of a REALTOR. I'm trying to get established and trying to buils up clients. Any help would be greatly appreciated :) 

I would suggest building a site, host gator is cheap, vflyer.com, social networking, blog and ad based sites. Network with other business like moms as well. 

Also vistaprint, toss put your card in restaurants, bathrooms, atms and wherever.
