Hoser is someone you dont want to be able to message you. Its a way to make sure there is no unwanted contact :D

People can mark you as a hoser or you can mark people you don't like as a hoser. It's almost like a goal of mine to be hosed by X amount of people :) lol

ice box is where a member who breaks the rules or the drama starters who show up from time to time go for a time out. if one of the mods ice box you you cannot post, pm or do anything under your id for 2 days. its a 'cooling off' tool lol
